About Sleeping Bear Flightseeing

Sleeping Bear Flightseeing provides scenic air tours over the greater Grand Traverse area in all seasons.  Our customized air tours provide an unparalleled and unforgettable experience of northern Michigan. Soar above this uniquely beautiful landscape and get a bird’s eye view of lakes, islands, peninsulas, dune sand beaches. Our Cessna 172 aircraft allows up to 3 passengers and the high wing design provides fabulous ground visibility. We also operate a Piper Cub which offers the experience of flight in a classic airplane.  Photography is encouraged!

Sleeping Bear Flight seeing pilots are licensed Commercial Pilots with over 10 years of flight experience. The aircraft are maintained to FAA standards.  Sleeping Bear Flight seeing is a locally owned air tour company. We are the only air tours available in Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties.  We take great pride in providing safe and exciting air tours in these areas. We believe in individual and personal service coupled with safety,  we operate our company on those principles.
